How to get here

We are located a mile off the A388, halfway between Launceston and Callington, a short drive from many of the old, interesting towns and
villages in the area, including Tavistock, Gunnislake, Calstock, the Bere Peninsula and Liskeard to name a few, and within easy reach of both coasts.
By Car
- Take the A30 towards Okehampton, Cornwall. After 30 or 40 minutes, take the turnoff for the A388 : Launceston, Bude & Callington.
- Take the 1st exit off the roundabout, passing Launceston hospital then Focus DIY.
- Turn right at the cluster of mini roundabouts, past Tesco, for Plymouth (A388).
- Pass straight over the next roundabout.
- After 4 miles you will come to Treburley, with the Springer Spaniel pub on your right. Directly opposite the pub turn left, signposted Rezare Nurseries, a flower motif brown sign.
- Coming down into Rezare after a mile, take the left fork, following another flower motif brown sign, at which point you will see our small B&B sign in the wall on your left.
- Turn left at the junction, then left into the gated parking area at the rear of the house.
From Exeter:
- Take the A38 towards Cornwall, passing over the Tamar bridge.
- At the first roundabout after the bridge, take the A388 for Callington and Launceston.
- 5 miles after Callington you will come to Treburley, with the Springer Spaniel pub on your left.
- Directly opposite the pub turn right, signposted Rezare Nurseries, a flower motif brown sign.
- Coming down into Rezare after a mile, take the left fork, following another flower motif brown sign, at which point you will see our small B&B sign in the wall on your left.
- Turn left at the junction, then left into the gated parking area at the rear of the house.
From Plymouth:
- Take the A30 towards Exeter. Ignore the Launceston exit, taking instead the following exit, for Plymouth, Tavistock and Callington ( A388 ).
- Turn right at the top of the sliproad.
- Pass straight over the roundabout.
- After 4 miles you will come to Treburley, with the Springer Spaniel pub on your right. Directly opposite the pub turn left, signposted Rezare Nurseries, a flower motif brown sign.
- Coming down into Rezare after a mile, take the left fork, following another flower motif brown sign, at which point you will see our small B&B sign in the wall on your left.

From Bodmin:
By Train
- For timetable and route information visit www.nationalrail.co.uk.
- There is a regular intercity service to Plymouth from London Paddington. A number of these services also stop at Liskeard, which is a little nearer, but onward travel can be a little more difficult.
- The Tamar Valley Line runs from Plymouth to Gunnislake every couple of hours or so, following the river for most of the way, providing a spectacular route into the area. Click here to download a timetable.
By Bus or Coach
- A comprehensive map showing all bus routes throughout Cornwall can be downloaded from here.
- National Express coaches stop at Launceston several times a week, and operate a more frequent service to Plymouth.
- The 76 runs between Plymouth and Bude every two hours ( less frequently on Sundays ) and stops at the Springer Spaniel pub, Treburley, from where we can collect you.
- The 79 runs from Gunnislake ( en route from Tavistock ) from where you can take the 76 towards Launceston, disembarking at the Springer Spaniel pub, Treburley, from where we can collect you.
By Ferry
- Brittany Ferries operate a regular service to Plymouth from Roscoff and Santander.
By Plane
- Air Southwest fly to Plymouth and Newquay from a number of UK airports on a daily basis.
- Exeter Airport is the nearest international airport, and is about an hour's drive away.
