Breakfast
Breakfast takes advantage of the fact that Launceston has an excellent butcher, Philip Warren & Son, who specialise in rare breed pork, produce their own delicious sausages, and cure their own bacon.
Pure apple juice comes from Tamar Valley Apples, eggs come from our own chickens, we bake fresh bread daily, make our own yoghurt and granola, and have a selection of home-made preserves and marmalade.
During the summer months we provide a generous fresh fruit salad which highlights produce from a number of growers in the Tamar Valley. When fresh fruit is no longer in season we make our own spiced fruit compote.
As well as the traditional full English breakfast we offer alternatives such as kippers, or smoked salmon ( both of which come from the excellent Tregida Smokehouse ) and scrambled eggs.
